Terms and condition – Bin-to-win

The organiser of the campaign is OSF POLSKA sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Wspólna 70/Vp, 00-687 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001050030, NIP: 7011117996, REGON: 525985647, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (“OSF” or “Organiser”).
The aim of the campaign is to shape a pro-ecological attitude among consumers, expressed in the proper segregation of plastic packaging (cups and bottles) distributed during mass events.
The campaign will run from 6 to 8 March 2026 at the SnowFest Festival (“Festival”) venue and during the Festival hours available on the Festival organiser’s website – snowfest.pl. OSF may suspend or terminate the campaign at any time during the Festival for any reason, e.g. exhaustion of the supply of cups or bottles intended for the campaign. OSF does not sell or distribute beverages, but only provides cups to entities conducting such activities on the premises and during the Festival.
The campaign consists of the possibility of obtaining – in exchange for the correct return of cups and bottles marked with the QR code of the campaign – prizes, which will be small gifts, discount coupons entitling to discounts on the purchase of selected products or items offered at the Festival, gift cards or Allegro discounts. Instead of receiving a reward, participants will be able to donate to charity.
Any Festival participant who is an adult (or a person over the age of 13 with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless such consent is not required under applicable law), who accepts these Terms and Conditions and who:
1. is the owner of a bottle of “Yokky” water or a drink in a cup marked with a unique QR code for the campaign.
2. scans the QR code with a smartphone camera in such a way as to open the “Bin-to-win” web application (“Application”) where confirmation of the scan will be visible.
3. After finishing their drink, following the instructions in the app, they will place the empty cup or bottle in a special container – marked with campaign stickers – located on the festival grounds and confirm this in the app.
For each cup placed in the container in accordance with the instructions in point 5, the App will award the participant 10 points, and for each bottle, 5 points. Participants can exchange the points they have collected for rewards (gifts, discount vouchers or gift cards, or support for the Polish Zero Waste Association). Information about available rewards and the number of points required to exchange for a given reward will be available in the Application under the “Market” tab and may be subject to change during the Festival. In order to exchange points for vouchers or cards and collect rewards, follow the instructions in the Application.
The selection of rewards requires prior registration in the Application, including providing a telephone number to which a verification code will be sent. To complete the registration, it is necessary to enter the verification code received and accept the Application Terms and Conditions, Promotion Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the content of which is available in the “Menu / Terms and Conditions” tab. Acceptance of consent to marketing contact is voluntary.
Prizes in the form of gifts and discount vouchers can be collected at the stand where the discount is valid, only during its opening hours, and require the presentation of an active voucher and the entry of a code provided by the stand staff. Entering the code deactivates the voucher and it cannot be reused. In particular, resignation or inability to choose a gift or purchase a selected product or item for any reason does not entitle you to reactivate the voucher. OSF is not responsible for the availability of stands or items. The final decision on honouring the discount (including any changes to the products and items for which the discount can be obtained) rests with the staff at the stand in question.
Prizes in the form of gift cards and Allegro discounts will be sent to participants at the email addresses provided when selecting the prize or during registration within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the campaign. OSF is not the issuer of the cards, but only acts as an intermediary in their purchase and transfer as prizes in the campaign. Gift cards and their use are subject to separate terms and conditions of the issuer, available on its websites. Gift cards will be sent in electronic form only. The participant agrees that the cards may be sent by OSF, the Festival organiser or entities cooperating with it.
The organiser reserves the right to verify the correctness of recycling by checking whether the cup with the QR code submitted for exchange for a reward has been placed in the designated container and may exclude submissions that clearly do not meet this criterion, including attempts to submit returns outside the festival hours.
Each participant may receive a maximum of 5 (five) prizes of a given type. Discount vouchers are single-use only, cannot be combined with other promotions, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. The number of gifts, discount vouchers, and gift cards available in the promotion is limited. Prizes will be awarded to participants in the order in which they correctly select the exchange of points for a given prize in the Application, taking into account points 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Terms and Conditions. The Organiser will make every effort to ensure that if a given prize is exhausted, this fact is marked in the Application in a manner visible to the participant.
All points collected by a participant during the Festival expire at the end of the event. All points not exchanged for prizes – whether due to the unavailability of the prize or prizes, or due to the participant’s failure to take action – will have no value after the end of the event and cannot be exchanged for anything else. Unused points do not constitute grounds for any claims or compensation from the Organiser, the Festival organiser or any third parties.
Information about the promotion contained in advertising materials does not constitute an offer or a public promise. OSF is not responsible for any errors, delays or problems that may occur in connection with the operation of the Application and during the collection of prizes. In particular, OSF does not guarantee the quality, value or availability of any prizes or discounts. If any or all prizes are exhausted, expire or become unavailable for any reason, OSF shall not be liable and shall not provide any alternative or compensation.
Participants may submit enquiries or complaints regarding the promotion, at their discretion:
- by post, directly to the Organiser’s address indicated in point 1 of the Rules.
- by completing the contact form on the website https://bin-to-win.com/ with the recommended message header “Complaint – Prizes at SnowFest Festival 2026”.
In the event of a complaint, the participant should provide their details: name and surname, address or e-mail address used to participate in the campaign, indicate the reason for the complaint and what they are demanding. The organiser will respond to the participant’s complaint by post or e-mail within 14 days of receipt. The administrator of personal data provided for the purposes of the complaint is OSF POLSKA sp. z o.o. The data will be processed for the purpose of considering the complaint and responding to it. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which is to handle complaints, determine the existence of claims and defend against them, and seek an amicable (out-of-court) settlement of the dispute. Every data subject has the right to request the controller to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to its processing.
