Terms and conditions
PART A — GENERAL TERMS OF USE
1. These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at bin-to-win.com (the “Website”), which provides information about OneStep’s reusable cup deposit-return schemes at events. If you use the Bin-to-Win web application to scan cups, collect points or claim a deposit refund, separate App Terms and Conditions govern that use, and if you take part in a specific rewards campaign (for example, at a particular festival), separate Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to that campaign. Where you interact only with this Website and have not yet opened the App, only these Terms of Use apply to you.
2. The Website is provided by ONESTEP FINANCIAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14137787, VAT registration number GB425122338), whose registered office is at Ealing Cross, 1st Floor, 85 Uxbridge Road, London, United Kingdom, W5 5TH (“OneStep”, “we” or “us”). You can contact us at contact@bin-to-win.com.
3. You do not need to register or create an account to browse the Website. Some pages link through to the App, where separate terms and a separate registration process apply.
4. When using the Website you must not: use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any system connected to it; introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material; use automated means (such as scraping tools) to extract content from it; or copy, reproduce or exploit its content beyond what is needed for your own personal, non-commercial use.
5. The Website, and the trademarks, text, graphics, logos and other content on it, belong to OneStep or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Using the Website does not give you any ownership of, or licence to use, that content beyond viewing it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. The Website may contain links to third-party websites — for example, a festival organiser’s website, or EarthPercent’s website. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Linking to a third-party website does not imply our endorsement of it.
7. We try to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but details of a specific campaign — such as participating bar locations, deposit amounts, or points values — may change closer to or during an event. Always check the App for the current terms and details that apply to you.
8. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits OneStep’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, OneStep is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. We process personal data collected through the Website in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at bin-to-win.com, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights, and includes our registration number with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the Website works. Changes take effect when published on the Website. If you continue to use the Website after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
11. These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
