Focus Wales 2026

“Get Rewards for Reuse at ‘FOCUS Wales 2026’”

campaign

(“Terms and Conditions”)

  1. The organiser of the campaign is ONESTEP FINANCIAL LTD, registered at Ealing Cross 1st Floor, 85 Uxbridge Road, London, United Kingdom, W5 5TH (“OSF” or “Organiser”).
  2. The aim of the campaign is to foster an environmentally conscious attitude among consumers, manifested through the correct sorting (return) of reusable cups distributed during the mass event.
  3. The campaign will run from 7–9 May 2026 during the FOCUS Wales festival (“the Festival”), the schedule for which is available on the app or on the Festival organiser’s website – focuswales.com, exclusively in the area around the main stage. OSF may suspend or terminate the campaign at any time during the Festival for any reason, e.g. if the stock of cups allocated for the campaign runs out. OSF does not sell or distribute drinks, but merely provides cups to the entity or entities conducting such activities on the Festival grounds and during the Festival.
  4. The campaign involves the opportunity to receive – in exchange for the correct return of cups marked with the campaign’s QR code – prizes consisting of small gifts . Instead of receiving a prize, participants will be able to donate to a charitable cause.
  5. Any Festival participant who is an adult (or a person aged 13 or over with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless such consent is not required under applicable regulations), who accepts these Terms and Conditions and who:
  6. holds a drink in a cup marked with a unique QR code for the campaign.
  7. scans the QR code using a smartphone camera in such a way as to open the “Bin-to-win” web application (“Application”), on which a scan confirmation will be displayed.

III. after finishing their drink, following the instructions in the App, returns the empty cup to the bar or any cup collection point – located within the Festival grounds – and confirms this in the App.

  1. For each cup returned in accordance with the instructions in point 5, the App will award the participant 10 points. Participants may exchange the points they have collected for prizes – small gifts or a donation to “Earth Percent” organisation. Information on available prizes and the number of points required to redeem a particular prize will be available in the App under the ‘Market’ section and may be subject to change during the Festival. To exchange points for vouchers and collect a prize, please follow the instructions in the App.
  2. Selecting prizes requires prior registration in the App, using your Google or Facebook account, or by providing a phone number and email address to which a verification code will be sent. To complete registration, you must enter the verification code received and accept the App Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the content of which is available in the “Menu / Terms and Conditions” tab. Consent to marketing communications and contact from the organiser, FOCUS Wales, is voluntary.
  3. Prizes in the form of gifts are collected at the stand where the relevant discount applies, exclusively during its opening hours, and require the presentation of a valid voucher and the entry of a code provided by the stand staff. Entering the code deactivates the voucher and it cannot be reused. In particular, opting out or being unable to choose a gift or purchase the selected product or item for any reason does not entitle the holder to reactivate the voucher. OSF is not responsible for the availability of stands or items.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of the recycling by checking whether the cup with the QR code submitted for exchange for a prize has been returned for reuse, and may exclude any submission that clearly does not meet this criterion (including attempts to submit returns outside the Festival hours).
  5. Each participant may receive a maximum of 1 (one) prize of a given type. The number of gifts available in the campaign is limited. Prizes will be awarded to participants in the order in which they correctly select the exchange of points for a given prize in the App, subject to points 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Terms and Conditions. The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that, should a particular prize run out, this fact is clearly indicated in the App in a manner visible to the participant.
  6. All points accumulated by a participant during the Festival will expire at the end of the event. Any points not redeemed for prizes – whether due to the unavailability of the prize or prizes, or because the participant has not taken the necessary action – will have no value after the event has ended and cannot be exchanged for anything else. Unused points do not constitute grounds for any claims or compensation from the Organiser, the Festival organiser or any third parties.
  7. Information about the promotion contained in advertising materials does not constitute an offer or a public promise. OSF is not liable for any errors, delays or problems that may arise in connection with the operation of the App or during the collection of prizes. In particular, OSF does not guarantee the quality, value or availability of any prizes. If any or all prizes are exhausted, expire or become unavailable for any reason, OSF shall not be liable and shall not provide any alternative or compensation.
  8. Participants may submit enquiries or complaints regarding the campaign, at their discretion:
  • by post, directly to the Organiser’s address specified in point 1 of the Terms and Conditions.
  • by completing the contact form on the website https://bin-to-win.com/ with the recommended subject line “Complaint – Prizes at FOCUS Wales 2026”.

In the event of a complaint, the participant should provide their details: full name, address or email address used to participate in the campaign, state the reason for the complaint and what they are seeking. The Organiser will respond to the participant’s complaint by post or email within 14 days of receiving it. The controller of the personal data provided for the purposes of the complaint is OSF POLSKA sp. z o.o. The data will be processed for the purpose of considering the complaint and responding to it. The basis for processing is the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which is the handling of complaints, determining the existence of claims and defending against them, and seeking an amicable (out-of-court) resolution of the dispute. Every data subject has the right to request from the controller access to their personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing.
